Increased fuel efficiency, weight savings, fatigue resistance, better durability, enhanced structural properties and lower maintenance costs have driven the aerospace industry’s shift from metal to composites as a building material.   These materials can be formed into more complex shapes and with much more specific mechanical properties than their metallic counterparts.   ICE currently produces ballistic shields, compression struts, high altitude telescope primary structures, UAV primary flight structures, camera mounts, cooling tubes, space shuttle actuator mounts and other aerospace components.  By utilizing the highest grade pre-impregnated materials and cutting edge fabrication techniques we are able to manufacture a variety of aerospace components capable of meeting the most demanding design and quality standards.  ICE is a certified HUBZone Small Business Concern and is currently involved in several proprietary aerospace projects running the gamut from government contracts to private organizations.   From design to manufacturing ICE operates to an ISO-9001 quality system and has all security and confidentiality items in place to provide components meeting strict aerospace guidelines.
