Services Manufacturing

The manufacturing of high volume composite solutions is an area of focus at Innovative Composite Engineering.   We utilize table rolling, bladder molding and press molding techniques to manufacture a wide variety of prepreg composite products.   Due to the versatility associated with these methods there are very few composite parts that ICE is unable to manufacture.  We have capabilities to produce extremely small parts as well as large diameter tubing and hollow shapes.  ICE manufactures 5 or 10 parts per year for some customers and thousands per month for others.

We design and prototype all of our products with a goal of developing a manufacturing environment that is efficient and cost effective for every client.   ICE works hard at developing long term relationships and gives continuous support to our customers throughout the entire process from design and prototype to mass production.
