    Technical Sales Engineer

    Plans and implements product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. Responsible for the successful management of ICE’s customer needs in order to meet the objectives of the overall business plans and strategies.

    Maintains a high standard in customer service area. Ensures that goods and/or services consistently meet customer needs.

    Sustains and renews existing customer contracts.

    Identifies and develops new business that integrates with ICE’s production flow and processes.

    Coordinates with the Operations function in analysis of production processes toward continuous improvement.

    Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.

    Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

    Acts as liaison between customers and ICE management and staff to consistently meet customer needs.

    Provides supporting backup to the marketing needs of ICE, including: development & maintenance of website and marketing materials, press releases, branding, public relations, advertising, attends trade shows, networks with local community.

    Performs outside sales efforts and coordinates with inside sales activities.

    Performs budgeting and forecasting as necessary to support ICE.

    Acts as technical sales resource for day to day inquiries from new and existing customers.

    Refines the quoting system and performs the quoting function for ICE.
